I love your software so much and can't even found any other's software to replace. I wish the new version will release very soon.

I have a Touch 2g and Easy Wi-Fi is great. I am waiting to upgrade to the new iPhone OS 3.0 in hopes that you will be able to get the incompatibility issue resolved quickly. Easy Wi-Fi has been a fast, dependable app that's easy to work with.

I received an update to 3.0.78, but didn't see any announcements. Not had a chance to try it yet. Does this mean it now works fine?

Christopher,

Have you had a look at the user guide for the app online? It might help explain how to use the app. If that doesn't help, and you have specific questions about how to set it up, or how to use the app in a hotspot, feel free to ask them in our forum too (we can answer them more easily there as the forum will notify you automatically when somebody replies to your thread, and we have an offline mechanism for sharing information you might not want in public too).

HTH,
John...

Hello all,

No, Serengeti is affected the same way as the Easy Wi-Fi apps. Sorry for not making that clearer in the post.

Ralph: we didn't see the problem until the final pre-release, and even then we only saw it on one test device. The reason is explained in this MacWorld article. Something we'd never have expected!

Rgds,
John...

Kudos to Devicescape for Clarity, Honesty, Brevity and informing its customers about the change. If only more businesses would take this simple route to producing happy customers. Even bad news is easier when communicated. Thank you.
