Devicescape Blog 2.0
April 6th, 2007 by John
Welcome to the updated Devicescape blog! With its latest product offering, Devicescape has evolved from being a supplier to the worlds leading electronics companies, like Sharp, Epson, D-Link, Palm and Samsung (to name just a few of our valued customers), to also providing a service to the end users of those cool new wireless devices.
This new blog reflects that focus on you, the user. We’ll be publishing information about events we’re holding, new services we offer through our website, new devices & hotspot networks that are Devicescape enabled, and anything else happening in the world of wireless that we think is exciting.
We’d love your feedback on what you’d like to hear about as well. Feel free to leave a comment here, or in our discussion forums to let us know.

Hello Dennis,
Unfortunately, I can’t help you much with this - Palm licensed the code from us for the low level security negotiation capability (e.g. WPA-PSK mode). Open networks, and even WEP networks, are handled by the driver and Palm’s own connection manager.
Have you tried looking for a Palm user forum on the web? They may be able to help if it is something that is known to happen on those devices.
Sorry we can’t be more help,
John…
